We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days to return your item if you wish to return an item please contact us at email@example.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that we do not offer free returns. When returning an item by post it is advisable that you use a track and trace service to make your return, as we will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once we have received the returned item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds or exchanges.
To start a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ensure to include your purchase order number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or earrings.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
When we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and establish if it meets the return criteria. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds exclude the original cost of delivery. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
